The First International Conference on Human Rights in Southeast Asia will bring together members of the academia, civil society, national and international agencies and the media who work to promote greater understanding and better protection of human rights in the region. It will provide valuable space for dialogue and exchange of knowledge and experience among diverse groups of participants from within and outside Southeast Asia.
We are pleased to announce that the forum on the closure of community radio by virtue of the emergency degree will be held on Wednesday 14 July 2010 at Sasa Nives Chulalongkorn University 13.00-16.00 pm.
The forum will be jointly organized by Campaign for Popular Media Reform, The Center for Human Rights Studies and Social Development Mahidol University, The Center for Media Policy Studies, Faculty of Communication Arts Chulalongkorn University, Community Radio and Thai Volunteer Service
