Outstanding Thesis Award 2010

Congratulation to Mr. Matthew Mullen, our student from International MA in Human Rights program (who is now enrolled in our PhD Program) who has been granted a 2010 Outstanding Thesis Award by the Faculty of Graduate Studies of Mahidol University. The thesis is entitled “An Investigation of Proposals to Improve the United Nations Human Rights Council: Structural Reform and Reconceptualizing Efforts of State and Non-state Actors.” The thesis is supervised by Dr. Michael George Hayes.

February 25, 2011 SALAYA – The Center for Human Rights and Social Development Studies organized a visit for Mahidol University post-graduate students to the United Nations Regional Headquarters in Bangkok last February 25, 2011. The participants of the visit were Masters students from the MA Human Rights and MA Human Rights & Democratization programs.
